Easy Retro
Uses of Easy Retros
A retrospective is an Agile exercise that allows team members to reflect on the good and bad aspects of a project or workflow. By discussing what went well and poorly, the team can brainstorm ideas to improve projects and turn them into actionable goals.
An easy retro is meant to be even faster and more convenient than a typical retrospective meeting, making it perfect for gauging progress during shorter iterations of a project. With Cacoo, your team can collaborate in real-time to add sticky notes to each section. And at the end of the exercise, you can quickly assess feedback to create action items. Try it today!
How to create your own Easy Retro Diagram
Start by opening the Easy Retro template in Cacoo.
Think about aspects of your project that are beneficial and help things run smoothly. Using the sticky notes, list these items in the ‘What was good?’ section.
Now, consider negative aspects of the project, and list them in the ‘What was bad?’ section.
Try to think about the specific reasons why certain aspects of the project went poorly. Do these aspects need to be changed, or should you remove them from the project altogether?
Brainstorm things you can do to improve the project. List them in the ‘Ideas’ section.
And finally, define the steps needed to implement the ideas. Create a list of actionable tasks, and add them to the ‘Actions’ section.
