How to create your Design Review Template
Open the design review template in Cacoo.
Prepare for the meeting beforehand depending on your role. Designers should fill out the background section at the top, while reviewers should fill out the questions/blockers/concerns at the bottom.
Start the meeting by walking through the background and the proposed designs.
Invite attendees to add comments directly to the designs using sticky notes.
Discuss the feedback, and address the question/blockers/concerns.
Collect all decisions/agreements in the template using sticky notes.
